"Prep"

1) Boneless Chicken Breast
*Get the amount of the Chicken that you Desire*
2) 1 (16 ounce) Package of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
*I used Organic*
3) 2 (10.75 ounce) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
4) 1 Can of Biscuits
5) 1 Stick of Butter
*I used Salted Butter*
6) 0.5 Cup of Milk
*I used Whole Milk*
7) Salt & Pepper
*Judge the Amount of Salt & Pepper also, I added Garlic Salt for just a Hint of Flavor*

To Begin, I cut the (4) Boneless Chicken Breast into quarter size pieces.
I add my salt, pepper & garlic salt let, it set for a few minutes so, the
Chicken can sink in the Flavors.
Then I put my frozen mixed vegetables in a bowl & my condensed of Chick Soup
in a measuring bowl.
Then I cut 3 tsp. of butter put it into a small cup & put it into the microwave for 10 seconds
then poured it into glass 9 inch pan.
Make sure you cover the whole pan and the sides.
Then I put 1/2 cup of whole milk into a measuring cup.
Put, a medium size pot on medium high and spray pam in the pot.
I put the chicken in the pot and cooked it alone until the pink is gone.
Then add the frozen mixed vegetables.
Cook the Chicken and Vegetables together until, the vegetables get soft.
Then add the Cream of Chicken Soup & Milk into the Mixture.
Then turn the oven on to 425'
Keep stirring the mixtures together until the cream of soup becomes a more
think texture than soup.
Then turn the oven on medium low and let it set until it comes to the boil.
Once it boils turn off the oven and place the pot on a cool burner.
Then take the biscuits & peel them apart.
Example: 1 can of biscuits should give you 8 full biscuits
So, peel the biscuits apart and you should have 16 small round biscuit rounds.
Place 8 on the pan that you covered with the melted butter.
Then pour the mixture onto the biscuits.
Then take the remain 8 biscuits & place on top.
Then take 2 tsp. of butter & melt it for 10 seconds
Then spread it finely on top of the top biscuits.
Then place the pan into the oven for 15 minutes.

Wait patiently and just smell the Southern Goodness Cook.

2018 was an Amazing Year for my Family and I. Now, 2019 has Arrived and I can't wait to see what God has in stored.

For 2019 I started my new year off by reading, "Think Better,Live Better" by Joel Osteen. This is one book that I recommend for everyone to read.

This Book is for All, it truly Guides you into a New Way of Thinking. Honestly it teaches you how we should be thinking the whole time. In one of the Chapters, Joel Osteen brings up a scripture from the Bible how the Apostle Paul: Gives us a Secret in Romans 12:2 "Be Transformed by the Renewing of your Mind."
In my opinion Apostle Paul is explaining to us that we turn our thinking around and we learn to have better thoughts that are life will start to become better. Remember "You/I can do all things through Christ."

As start this New Journey...I would Love for Everyone whom would Love to Follow Me. Hopefully Join Me...Leave Their Thoughts,Prayers, Opinion, & Questions. We Do to Find Ourselves to Grow but, it's always Great to have Friends to Join the Journey!
